A purchased e-book is available for downloading immediately after the purchase has been made.

In case of difficulties in downloading, which is rare, the buyer has the opportunity to download the e-book by the link received at the specified e-mail address.

The download link is valid for 12 hours.

By default, the book is provided to the customer in the ePub format, which was specifically designed for e-books and is optimal.

The ePub format is the most common in the world today, and is also a high-quality format suitable for Russian ebooks. In Russia, the most common format is fb2, also universal and of high quality.

The PDF format is less convenient for reading on a mobile device, but it is no less universal. Formats RTF, Word, etc. are also available to our customers without additional charges, but on request.
